Hand Roasted Oats, in an Oat Milk base, a subtle hint of Raspberry, Double Cream Swirls & Lavender Flower.
Fig & Honey
Scottish Wild Heather Honey, Caramelised Figs, a light expression of Vanilla with a soft warm Ginger after glow.
Peaches & Buttermilk
Scottish Peaches, Thick Buttermilk base, White Tea & hints of Almond on-top of an underlying tone of Vanilla.
Blackberry & White Heather
A White Heather Infused base envelops the tart sharp Scottish Blackberry, Lemon notes cut through with a burnt Lemon Zest finish.
Orange Menagerie
A Bitter Orange base with a rich slightly salted Dark Chocolate Ganache. Lightly scorched caramelised Orange Zest with a deep soft tone of Single Malt Whiskey.
Rose Water & Dandelion
A Rose-Water infused base, incorporating swirls of a Dandelion Reduction given a light lift with Lemon and a hint of refreshing cool Mint.
Clootie Dumplin
A complex base of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove, incorporating Whiskey soaked Figs, Orange Zest and Burnt Walnuts. A beloved Scottish dessert, fruity, hearty and warming.
Sea Buckthorn & Yarrow
A light Yarrow infusion forms a citrus base incorporating sharp vibrant Sea Buckthorn Compote, notes of vanilla with an Oat and Dark Sugar Crumble.
